Canisters Working Wrong

In the item description it says that paint cansiters would reduce the amount of usable stolen cash by 50%, however its just reducing the amount stolen by 50%, not sure if this is a bug or just an unchanged item description.

A suggestion to get the visabilty of DR back up, perhaps put it onto voting sites like Apex, Oz games, even if we dont get DRC or RPs for it, i think a fair few people will vote to get more people back playing the game again.
